Business Partnership and Development Leader

About the Role:

As a strategic Business Development & Partnership leader, you will drive customer acquisition in Singapore through collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic KOL and brand partnerships to boost business growth and customer expansion.
  • Implement campaigns and activations across online and offline channels, ensuring seamless execution and performance tracking.
  • Optimize channel partner collaborations using data-driven insights, refining strategies for maximum impact.
  • Negotiate and structure deals and campaigns to align with business objectives and customer growth goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to explore new opportunities and enhance partnership campaign effectiveness.
  • Support other relevant channel marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with KOLs, influencers, and brand collaborations to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking performance metrics and optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnership marketing, or influencer marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition, preferably in the investment, trading, or financial sectors.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
