We are a B2B SaaS livestream and shoppable video business, revolutionizing the way businesses interact with their customers through engaging, interactive, and personalized video experiences. Our platform is designed to help businesses increase engagement, drive revenue, and build brand loyalty through live video streaming and shoppable video experiences. We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to work with SIs, CDN providers, and other partners to drive new business leads and revenue growth.
**Get to know the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Partnerships to lead our partnership strategy and drive revenue growth through partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our partnership strategy, identifying and prioritizing potential partners, and building and maintaining relationships with key partners to drive new business leads and revenue growth.
**The day-to-day activities**:
- Develop and execute the partnership strategy to drive new business leads and revenue growth
- Identify and prioritize potential partners, including system integrators, CDN providers, and other partners who can bring leads to the SaaS business
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including conducting regular meetings, providing updates, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth through partnerships, including developing joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with marketing to develop joint marketing materials, including case studies, webinars, and thought leadership content
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, including tracking metrics such as leads generated, revenue generated, and partner satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and partner offerings to identify new partnership opportunities and inform partnership strategy
**The must haves**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in partnership management or business development, with a proven track record of driving new business leads and revenue growth through partnerships
- Experience working with system integrators, CDN providers, and other partners in the B2B SaaS industry
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on driving results and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform partnership strategy
- Familiarity with the B2B SaaS and e-commerce industries, and a passion for driving innovation and growth in these spaces
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
