Fragrance Specialist Product Manager

As a Fragrance Specialist Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of Maison 21G's product offerings. You will be responsible for fragrance evaluation and analysis, leveraging your background in fragrance study. You will also support development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our range of customized fragrances. By working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and achieving revenue growth targets. Additionally, you will assist to develop tools to train staff on scents and products, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and product knowledge throughout the organization.

**Main Responsibilites:
**1. Fragrance Evaluation**:

- Utilize your background in fragrance study to evaluate the olfactory characteristics, lasting, and pairing of fragrances.
- Organize fragrance panels to provide feedback on ingredient combinations, and overall product experience.
- Collaborate with the Perfumer and Product Development team to refine fragrances based on evaluation results and consumer feedback.

**2. Product Development Support**:

- Collaborate with the Product Development team to identify and assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Assist in the creation of new fragrance formulations that align with market demands and brand positioning
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

**3. Marketing Collaterals & Packaging Execution**
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling product messaging, ensuring consistent communication across various channels.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collaterals, including product descriptions, packaging, visuals, and promotional materials.

**4. Education Tools for Staff**:

- Assist to training programs development to educate staff on scents, fragrance families, ingredient combinations, and product features
- Create training materials, including presentations, guidelines, and reference materials, to support staff in their product knowledge and sales skills.

**5. Sales Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product sales, customer feedback, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Master degree in Fragrance Chemistry, Perfumery, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- Mandatory background in fragrance study, with a deep understanding of fragrance composition, raw materials, and olfactory evaluation.
- Previous experience in product management, marketing, or fragrance-related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex fragrance concepts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
