Work as a Fragrance Specialist to help our company create high-quality fragrance solutions. This role supports both fragrance compounding and quality control functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fragrance Sampling: Prepare fragrance samples accurately based on internal formulation references.
  • Laboratory Organization: Organize and maintain fragrance raw materials and lab inventory.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure the laboratory is clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
Quality Assurance / Quality Control
  • Incoming Raw Material Inspection: Conduct QC checks on incoming raw materials, in-process blends, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Basic Tests: Perform basic tests such as appearance, odour evaluation, refractive index and specific gravity.
  • Non-Conformity Identification: Flag and report any deviations or non-conformities.
  • QC Retain Sample Management: Manage and store QC retain samples systematically.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of laboratory and QC activities.
  • Certificate Preparation: Prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for finished goods.
  • Audit Preparedness: Ensure all documentation is current, properly filed, and audit-compliant.
  • SOP Review: Support review and maintenance of internal SOPs and product specifications.
Requirements
  • Degree in Perfumery & Cosmetic Science or Equivalent.
  • Relevant Laboratory or QA/QC Experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Fragrance Raw Materials and Basic Lab Equipment.
  • Strong Attention to Detail with Methodical Approach.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency.
  • Teamwork Capability.
  • Comfortable Handling Fragrance Oils and Chemicals Daily.
