**Responsibilities**:
- Recruit top talents to the organization and assist in new employee training.
- Research and analyse employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the Group HR to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Assist management in conflict resolution. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company.
- Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages.
Qualifications:
- More than 4 years of relevant work experience in human resources; Experience in AI or Fintech B2C companies is highly preferred.
- Bachelor degree or above, human resources related majors are preferred.
- A systematic knowledge system of human resource management theory, Experience in HR modules such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, performance management and Employee Retention is required.
- Have strong logical thinking ability and data analysis ability.
- Have good oral and written expression ability, communication coordination and organization skills, serious and responsible, rigorous and upright, strong ability to resist stress.
- Experience in working with regional teams in SEA, China and India would be an added advantage.
