Job summary

Does the prospect of empowering these organizations cloud transformation success by aligning professional services to critical business and IT outcomes, and providing guidance to accelerate the rate of execution and adoption of cloud technology excite you?
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Sales Acceleration Programs Lead to support us in leading and uplifting our consulting sales efforts across the region. In this role you will work closely with our account teams and sales leaders, and structure programs and mechanisms that improve the effectiveness and productivity of our Enterprise Services Managers, improve the quality of our engagements and proposals, and remove points of friction for customers and accounts teams alike. You are a critical business partner to our sales leaders, and support strategy and execution through providing deep insights and driving operational discipline. You will obsess on our customers and sellers’ needs, and innovate and think big on their behalf. You lead efforts to develop and deploy strategies that allow our account teams to be impactful in positioning and selling transformational programs, and drive meaningful business outcomes for our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Acceleration though programmatic account planning, account plan execution, and the deployment of opportunity qualification & shaping mechanisms
- Strategic Pursuits support structuring executive alignment, win themes, risk management & timely deal support escalations
- Sales Operations, taking ownership of sales process improvements and serving as trusted escalation point to solve for sales and customer friction in the sales cycle. Support sales leaders in sales strategy and operational planning & insights. Help us see around corners and identify levers that drive scale.
- Sales Enablement & Communication, creating a platform to share best practices across the region (e.g. Panel Speaker Series, learnings from key wins, articles, assets), orchestrate C-Level Briefings, develop playbooks, improve first call decks and templates together with Portfolio Management. Run Voice of the customer (VoC) programs.
- Support us in scaling partner relationships by deploying mechanisms that drive the effectiveness of our partner sales motions for some of our most strategic partners.
