**About the Role**:
Our client is seeking a proactive and innovative **ABX Program Manager **for the APJ region. Based in Singapore, you will drive the regional Account-Based Engagement (ABX) strategy, working closely with marketing and sales teams to accelerate the pipeline. You’ll coordinate with regional and global marketing, sales reps, and channel partners to boost company's growth with new and existing customers through targeted, account-based programs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the **Regional ABX program **for key target accounts across segments and industries in the region.
- Ensure smooth handoff and follow-up for **Marketing-generated leads **post events and campaigns.
- Implement **Lead to Pipeline **process guidelines, collaborating with SDR, Sales, and Channel teams.
- Support the **Sales Development Reps (SDRs) **in timely lead follow-up and coordinate across field teams.
- Use **marketing intelligence tools **to engage contacts and build customized ABX journeys.
- Continuously optimize the **ABX strategy **and share key insights with regional and global leaders.
- Collaborate with the **Regional Marketing Leader **to engage stakeholders and support the Regional Marketing Managers (RMMs) in account-based marketing activities, including events.
- Oversee **New Logo Must-Win programs **, ensuring successful outcomes and turning wins into case studies.
- Develop and support **high-touch engagement plans **for C-level executives (CISOs, CIOs) in partnership with the global team.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in **B2B/SaaS/Cloud/Cybersecurity marketing **with expertise in **Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Field Marketing, or Customer Marketing **.
- Proven success in planning and executing **targeted marketing programs **that drive demand and pipeline growth.
- Experience with **marketing tools **such as **Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce (SFDC), and Tableau **.
- Strong **communication skills **for working with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Ability to **manage multiple programs **simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- **Regional marketing experience **in sub-regions such as **ASEAN, ANZ, or India **is preferred.
