APJ Sales Programs is a GTM function responsible for managing priority sales campaigns that align with worldwide, APJ, and Area-specific initiatives and goals. With focus on key priorities including but not limited to VMWare, Migration & Modernisation, GenAI, and SAP, the team operates across all GTM sales motions, with coverage of all APJ areas, and customer segments.
The APJ Sales Programs Lead orchestrates cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Specialists, Partner, and Technology teams throughout the campaign lifecycle starting from campaign selection, goal setting, execution and performance measurement. To enhance effectiveness, the team develops and owns campaign playbooks, performance analytics and tooling, and implements scalable automation solutions to drive campaign effectiveness.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, business management, consulting, or program/project management
- Exceptional stakeholder management with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Track record of executing complex, high-impact initiatives from conception to completion, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Proven success in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments, showcasing adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations while delivering results
- Proficiency in data analytics (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, SQL), coupled with strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Previous experience with Cloud Migration, VMware, GenAI, or SAP technologies
