Head of Client Services

Main responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of dedicated client services professionals in Singapore who support our clients with their daily activities.
- Be the main point of contact, post on-boarding, and maintain relationships with 50+ institutional clients in South Asia.
- Support on-boarding clients to the Allfunds platform.This includes joint pitching with our Sales team, scoping, planning, and client set-up as well as asset migration where applicable.
- Be responsible for full and satisfactory resolution of any client operational issues. This can require co-ordination with multiple stakeholders, including but not limited to internal teams, Head Office, Transfer Agents and vendors, and communication and escalation to senior management where needed.
- Work with Fund House Transfer Agents around the world.
**Requirements**:
- Good academic background - a Bachelor's degree in finance is preferred
- Ability to handle a range of responsibilities and be self-motivated
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in financial services servicing institutional clients
- Minimum of 2 years of team management experience
- Knowledge of investment products especially mutual funds
- Strong organizational aptitude with excellent attention to detail
- Numerate and an effective communicator
- Able to thrive in a relatively small team environment
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Reliable and self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines
Beneficial, but not required:
- Fund platform, Fund accounting or Transfer Agency experience
- Financial product experience (ETFs, FX, PE etc)
- Second language (one of Mandarin, Thai or Spanish would differentiate you)
- Project management experience
