**Job Description & Requirements**

**Responsibilities**
- Providing exemplary service to visitors in accordance with standard operating procedures and expected turnaround times.
- Carry out housekeeping of the Visitor Service Counter premises to ensure a good image is projected at all times
- Providing assistance, guidance, information to the visitors
- Reporting of incidents or irregularities arising and noted within the assigned areas in accordance with service standards;
- Administer bookings and collection of payments for programs and workshops.
- Collate daily visitor arrival figures and profiles;
- Administrative support to issue permits/approval

**Requirements**:

- A Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in providing visitor counter services
- Be competent in written and spoken English; proficiency in a second languages can be of an advantage
- Patient, attentive, approachable and customer-oriented
- Possess good communication and interaction skills, Comfortable with occasional management of large groups
- Preferably First Aid & CPR certified
- Possess at least five (5) passes in the GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent and trained in GEM - Service;

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:
