**Job Description & Requirements**

**Responsibilities**
- Stand, greet and smile to welcome all visitors and provide visitors with advice on proper conduct at the Gate or Visitor Services counter or during Roving;
- Perform counter duties and housekeeping in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Answer or redirect enquiries over telephone or walk-in enquiries at the Gate,
- Able to handle visitors’ issue and complaints independently and professionally;
- Provide assistance and information to all visitors, offer and provide visitor amenities
- Promote exhibitions, programmes and public tours;
- Conduct daily operational and amenities
- Facilitate group visits including meet-and-greet and space management;
- Identify and resolve on-ground incidents and facility faults;
- Alert and inform Service Operation Leads of any irregularities or incidents within or outside assigned areas
- Provide exemplary service to visitors and perform visitor registration
- Perform basic wildlife management duties to maintain visitor’s safety and promote wildlife etiquette

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least five (5) passes in the GCE ‘O’ Level certificate; and
- At least two (2) years of service experience;
- Proficient in English and one (1) other Asian language;
- Possess good communication, interaction skills and customer-oriented;
- Demonstrate flexibility in dealing with visitors and customers
- Comfortable with management of large groups and crowds;
- Physically fit

**Trained in**:

- Customer Service Excellence (e.g., Go the Extra Mile Service);
- IT skills; and
- Basic First Aid + CPR & AED.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
