**About the job**:
This position is needed to be Business Partner & programme manager in support of the Go-To-Market motion. You will report to the Director of GTMSA APJ and will work closely with the Market Development team. This individual will have a demonstrated track record of excellence in command of Go-To-Market business strategy, conducting highly insightful analysis, influencing executive strategies, designing new business processes, project management, and cross-functional teamwork
**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you'll:
- Act as an enabling business partner to your teammates and Twilio's local Market Development team to grow revenue
- Determine go-to-market approaches and GTM organization structures;
- Conduct and enable regular business reviews and resource planning with the Market Development team.
- Define, manage and provide insights on key performance metrics including building custom reports based on the needs of your business partners and the team.
- Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize Market Development & Sales team efficiency and productivity
- Create and manage operational processes such as target setting, sales coverage, forecasting, and budgeting
- Project-manage critical change management efforts.
- Communicate recommendations to senior executives, roll up your sleeves to help drive implementation, and lead the ongoing impact of your recommendations.
**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical processing, problem-solving, synthesizing ideas, and written and verbal communication.
- Has strong analytical skills, and Has experience working with large data sets and creating complex ROI model.
- Have a deep understanding of stakeholders business priority and their quarterly initiatives.
- Expertise with Salesforce, Excel, google suite, Tableau (or another business intelligence tool) required and SQL knowledge
- Assist in the design, deployment and education on programs and work streams for successful annual planning, territory design / Sales coverage, annual launch, and quarterly planning revisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to drive operational improvements across several functional areas, including sales enablement, sales systems, finance, marketing and process documentation
- Has 5+ years proven experience in Sales operations, sales, strategy consulting, and/or the software industry.
**Desired**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience

This role will be based in our Singapore office.
