**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that all **incoming** payments and **outgoing** refunds are properly recorded in our in-house **data management** system and client records
- **Closing and reconciling** of client accounts on a timely manner
- **Keeping track** of overdue premiums and preparing Statement of Accounts if necessary
- **Issuing Credit and Debit Notes**:

- Responding to all finance-related issues or questions internally and externally (from insurance partners)
- Collating and reviewing policy-related documents on payment transactions and recording them accordingly on our system

**Requirements**:

- **With accounting knowledge/experiences**:

- Diploma in Accountancy is preferred
- With or without experience/knowledge on insurance
- Good follow up skills / time management
- Excellent communication skills

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Accounting education certificate (required)
- Singapore NRIC (required)
