
Manager/ Senior Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Supervisory responsibility for admin process, procurement of stationery
- Sourcing for stationery suppliers on a bi-yearly basis
- Oversee stock inventory and control report of stationery expenses
- Preparation of monthly admin cost reports (utility, postages, copy charges & etc)
- Approving and issuing of SAP Purchase Orders
- Take charge of production and distribution of company annual calendars
- Manage warehousing requirements and disposal of documents
- Maintenance of office premises and company apartment including but not limited to, installation and renovation works, purchases and cleaning services
- Manage office layout planning/ sitting requirements
- Sourcing for office premises/ company apartment
- Manage security system of office premises
- Manage accommodation needs of overseas staff
- Application of office and company apartment season car parks
- Liaise with regional offices on implementing project works for improvements on processes, cost-saving etc
- Review locations’ monthly expenses and annual budgets
- Handle agencies’ recoveries
- Create and review Group Admin Policies
- Lead and manage administrative staff
- Monitoring of locations’ admin
- Take charge of admin projects
- Responsible for the Company Group Admin and follow Head of Group HR and Admin direction
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of Admin related working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess ability to converse in Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associate/supplier is preferred
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess leadership skills to manage a team of staff
