**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining HR files, records, and databases.
- Verifying staff expenses claim to ensure claims are adhere to company policy
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding process.
- Maintenance and update of organization chart
- Keep track of staff movement in relation to HR and traveling activities
- Coordinating HR related events for employees.
- Process of Group Insurance administration for staff and
- Handle basic employee inquiries and concerns.
- Administration of travel arrangement such as hotel booking; visas processing

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience
- Nitec or Diploma in business admin or relevant field
