Job Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR & Admin department
- To handle on boarding and off boarding administrative support
- Assist in monthly payroll processing (i.e., overtime, allowances, incentives, NPL, final salary, etc.)
- Handle recruitment processes such as posting advertisements, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interviews
- Prepare HR-related letters e.g., Employment letter, Confirmation letter, Salary Increment letter, memo etc.
- Updates and maintaining of HRIS
- Assist in maintaining, sourcing and registration for training courses
- Assist to manage staff insurance & claim (WICA, foreign worker insurance).
- Be the first point of contact for employee’s inquiries on HR-related matters and assist their inquiries
- Ad
- hoc assignments as assigned from time to time by Human Resources Manager.
General Admin
- Arrange dispatch and coordinate with courier companies on re-incoming & outgoing documents / packages
- Assist to administer officer cleaner, security officer duty roster and performance
- Liaise with vendors on servicing of office equipment such as water dispenser, printer or CCTV, door access etc.
- Coordinate IT / CCTV/Printer issues or requests with vendors
- Administer and purchase of office stationeries, pantries & operational items etc.
- Involve in company welfare matters and safety committee
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- Mature and resourceful with a good attitude and mindset.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
