**Job Purpose**:
This role will assist the HRP Team in term of opening and closing of Bank account. Deliverables to provide excellent service to clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Trust account for 2 banks - DBS, Stanchart (opening for new clients - and closure). Stanchart online opening - have to get authorized approvers, get bank tokens for HRP users, for closing of accounts - manual filling in of form and draft letter of closure and need to send the SCB instructions and have to liaise with banks. DBS need to create a bank token whenever there is new users HRP or deletion of users.
- Finance monthly reporting, liaising with banks, finance reporting, total headcount, bank balances
- Banks - act as contact person for banks (e.g. rejection of funds, excess etc) and then liaise with HRP staff, sit in meeting with banks
- Compliance review (assist on new client CAF, existing client CAFC, chasing for mandate completion)
- Download and save all documents in the correct folders
- Quarterly review of bank accounts for all dormant accounts / exit clients
- Check Unit4 and Timesoft headcount that they give us and vs our billing (tedious - have to check one by one)
- Do a check of LSA - new, renewal, migration of LSA, liaise with GST if LSA is not correct, then check again after they amend
- Assist dept in Docusign of all documents and have to follow-up
- Client events logistics assistance
- Support for Prosoft clients e.g. client call in for password issues)
- Payroll processing for 3 clients (given up currently because it sometimes clash with admin)
- Collect mails, may open mails and attach and send to whole department for identification
- Department meeting co-ordination and assistance, department activities help out
- Housekeeping for department hardcopy documents
- Check dept clean desk policy
- Assist HRP TL/AM/M in department admin matters as assigned,
- All department general admin matters,
- Compilation of data for MAS and other statistical purposes when required,
- All adhoc admin duties
**Key Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or Accountancy or any related disciplines is preferred;
- At least 2 year of experience. HR officer with payroll background is also invited to apply.
- Well-versed in local country employment ordinances, tax practices and pension and related ordinances.
- Previous experience in sizeable professional firms will be an advantage.
- Able to speak well and able to communicate with clients.
