**About the job**

Your duties will involve managing activities such as Financial & Accounting duties, HR duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure smooth month end close with timely and accurate submission including areas covering General Accounting.
- Ensure tax compliance, which includes reviewing of GST, corporate tax, budget and forecasts.
- Preparation of payment to vendors, profit/loss reports.
- Responsible for the HR including job recruitment, talent acquisitions, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and training.
- Coordinate on corporate secretarial matters.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree of Accounting / Finance with 8 years of relevant experience.
- CPA or ACCA
- Good in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
