We’re looking for an experienced and meticulous Finance & HR Manager to take charge of our accounting and HR matters. You will be reporting to the CEO directly.
This role is completely work-from-home, You will be immersed in a young and dynamic environment in one of the fastest growing industries.
Roles & responsibilities:
**Finance**
- Responsible for preparing monthly financial reports in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the Company's requirements
- Responsible for regularly analysing financial information to provide insights and recommendations for management
- Responsible for financial forecasting and planning
- Responsible for book-keeping, invoicing, payments, reconciliation, GST filing, annual reporting
**HR**
- You will be in charge of human resources matters, such as processing monthly payroll, employee claims, employee leave and other benefits.
- Responsible for performing the full spectrum of payroll function and benefit claims monthly
- Responsible for any other HR related duties.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience
- Chartered Accountant
- At least a degree in accounting or related studies
- Experience with Xero accounting software is a must
- HR experience is a plus
- A self-starter that loves a fast-paced environment and new challenges
- High level of initiative with the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
- Ability to work independently and on multiple projects concurrently
