Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Lead the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Manage cash flows and ensure adequate cash reserves are maintained. Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor budgets and track spending. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and legislation. Manage relationships with external auditors, banking institutions, and other stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in financial regulations.Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation. Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Advanced skills in Excel and financial management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
