Account and HR Manager

**- Accounting/Financial**

i. Handle full set of accounts by compliance with accounting standards: date entry for AP, AR, GL, monthly & yearly account closing etc.

ii. Handle all tax matters, including compliance for indirect & direct tax, transfer pricing etc.

iii. Responsible for the cash/treasury management and relationships with banks & government agencies.

iv. Liaise with auditors during account audit process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum degree in Accounting / Finance / Tax
- Minimum 5-7 years working experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax related.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory (both verbal & written), while proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel & Ms Office
- Experienced in team management.
- Familiar with Singapore Account Regulation, Tax Regulations & HR Regulations.
- Meticulous, responsible, work independently and eagerness to learn
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Able to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision, and with a high degree of accuracy & efficiency
