
Account and HR Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**- Accounting/Financial**
i. Handle full set of accounts by compliance with accounting standards: date entry for AP, AR, GL, monthly & yearly account closing etc.
ii. Handle all tax matters, including compliance for indirect & direct tax, transfer pricing etc.
iii. Responsible for the cash/treasury management and relationships with banks & government agencies.
iv. Liaise with auditors during account audit process.
v. Complete weekly, monthly, yearly reports on the local and international group levels.
vi. In charge of the yearly budget process and monthly performance follow-up
**- HR / Admin**
i. Handle all HR related scope including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, People and Culture, etc.
ii. Monitor all admin related scope according to present SOP.
iii. Other responsibilities: such as insurance, car fleet management, defining and implementing procedures, improving processes etc
**- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum degree in Accounting / Finance / Tax
- Minimum 5-7 years working experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax related.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory (both verbal & written), while proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel & Ms Office
- Experienced in team management.
- Familiar with Singapore Account Regulation, Tax Regulations & HR Regulations.
- Meticulous, responsible, work independently and eagerness to learn
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Able to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision, and with a high degree of accuracy & efficiency
