Key Responsibilities:

3. Lead Generation and Client Engagement:
- Build and manage a personal client portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Address and resolve client complaints and queries professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients to assist in marketing campaign planning and execution.
5. Data-Driven Insights:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Leverage insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth.
6. Automation and Technology Integration:
- Utilize automation tools to streamline sales processes and enhance the efficiency of marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into daily operations.
7. Partnership Development:
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to boost brand visibility and expand market reach.
8. Training and Development:
- Conduct regular training sessions to promote industry best practices and adoption of new technologies.
9. Sales Performance:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the furniture or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools.
