As Account Manager, your role will be to take care of all accounting and HR Functions within the organisation. We are quite small right now, but we are MIGHTY And we are growing at a rapid pace. You will need a proactive outlook to help the Managing Director guide the company through this growth phase. We are opening our first overseas location this year; its going to be fun

Your responsibilities will include:
**Finance**
- Responsible for tracking company performance against annual budget projections.
- Assist the Directors with the preparation of annual budget.
- Ensuring continuing monitoring of business plan
- Maintain full set of financial accounts.
- Preparation of payments for approval.
- Responsibility for statutory audit and company income tax, where applicable.
- Draft financial statements for each company
- Ensure compliance with any and all accounting/tax/regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement improved accounting processes.
- Ensure that all group companies adhere to the financial policies and procedures.
- Submission of relevant government grants and sponsorships.

**HR**
- Process and review all monthly payroll and CPF submissions
- Preparation of annual IR8A etc
- Ensure all staff members adhere to the HR policies of the company
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Review and approve expense claims
- Lead the full spectrum of Human Resources from recruitment to learning and development, appraisal and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and other related authority.
- Manage and improve on appraisal process

**Requirements**:

- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken), conversational Mandarin is a bonus
- Excellent knowledge of XERO accounting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of HR management software
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage people and communicate effectively with all levels
- Attention to detail is vital
- Strong leadership skills to set clear objectives and track progress towards those objectives for the entire organisation
