**Business Development**:

- Identifying new opportunities for business growth.
- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote business growth.
- Work with global KA team to extend global relations to APME zone.
- Propose strategy and commercial business models.
- Develop Industrial B2B customers and high value Distributor to meet growth in focus segments.
- Prospecting of Global & Regional KAs to be registered on SALSA

**Affiliate Support**:

- Coordinate and follow up with the affiliates on a regular basis the status of sales results vs. budget.
- Provide guidance to affiliates on commercial offers to key accounts.
- Identify existing success stories and references in the zone and share for duplication to other APME zone.
- Build contacts and keep close relationship with key Industry OEMs to identify future projects for the region
- Appropriate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a regional sales, lubricant Industry experience will be a plus.
- Ability to work on cross country projects. Regional roles in Asia Pacific or Middle East an advantage.
- In depth knowledge in strategic marketing and sales management
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Good service attitude / Team player and can work independently
