**About the Role**:
As a lead for Salesforce/Vlocity team, you’ll be responsible for requirements and design for various M1 initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with various Product Owners at different levels on the requirements and design.
- Work closely with component owners and software engineering team to build the organization capability in delivering new capabilities for the M1 Digital stack5
- Review existing design and implement solutions for improvement from performance and usability perspective.
- Work within the project team to ensure delivery is within time and meets the agreed scope

***Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in Telecommunication Industry, with good knowledge in BSS / OSS components such as Salesforce (SFDC) CRM (e.g. Quote to Order, MACD, Policy Management, Order Management and Provisioning), Billing, Resource management and Provisioning is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with Vlocity DataRaptor, Vlocity Cards, Vlocity OmniScript, VlocityDX, Vlocity Integration Procedures, Vlocity CPQ, Vlocity EPC, Vlocity OM.
- Hands-on design and Development of Lightning Web Components is must.
- Experience in Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Community Cloud, Salesforce platform) is an advantage.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administration, Developer, Cloud, etc is an advantage.
- Certified in Vlocity supported industry is preferred.
- Experience of working on implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle, ideally using Agile development techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to stay constantly updated with industry trends and new technologies and recommend new technology to meet architectural needs.
- Able to work independently and communicate with different level in the organisation.
