Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
Understand how technology, processes, people and data fit together in delivering business outcomes

Create reference designs that reflect a best-practice approach to the execution of business processes and adhere to corporate and industry standards

Coach solutions architects in the development of solution architectures
- Lead the positioning and delivery of end-to-end Digital transformation engagements - Able to drive the vendors to deliver a technology roadmap based on the Architectural team direction, and work closely with the M1 Stakeholders (Product Owners, Architects, Technical Leads) to execute it accordingly
- Deliver deep industry insights to the organization based on forward thinking of current industry trends and the likely disintermediation of current “rules of the game” by new entrants to the Telco Industry
Capable of establishing a trusted relationship with the business and be a liaison between business and IT folks
- Able to facilitate and foster a dialog with business and IT executive leadership
In-depth understanding of corporate strategy, organizational design, business process engineering, benchmarking, financial statement analysis, value and business case analysis (within the Telecommunication industry)

**Requirements**:

- TOGAF 9.x certified
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the IT and communication industry, specifically in consultancy, business analysis, and Enterprise solution architecture
- Billing, API Gateway, Provisioning, Data warehouse and Front-end technology
- Experience in Salesforce and Vlocity architecture & implementation would be an added advantage
- Familiarity with different SDLC methodology - such as Agile, Waterfall etc.
- Good understanding on DevOps process, skillsets and organization structure is essential
