**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with vendors and software partners to design end to end solution for M1 Digital stack
- Work with various Product owners at different level on the requirements and design.
- Work closely with component owners and software engineering team to build the organization capability in delivering new capabilities for the M1 Digital stack
- Application E2E solutioning and design taking into consideration of future maintainability, performance and scalability.
- Review existing design and implement solutions for improvement from performance and usability perspective.
- Responsible for impact analysis and design modifications to existing systems to support new requirements.
- Design contact centre workflows, queuing, reporting and related tasks.
- Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process.
- Develop and organize cloud systems
- Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy
- Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner
- Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company
- Work within the project team to ensure delivery is within time and budget and meets the agreed scope

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of IT experience in customer service technologies including Contact center cloud based products, solution design and implementation
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecting related roles.
- 5+ years of experience in Telecommunication Industry, with good knowledge in BSS / OSS components such as CRM (Product Catalog, CPQ, Order Management, Case Management), Billing and Provisioning is an advantage
- 5+ years of experience designing, executing, and supporting IT cloud solutions
- Experience with Amazon Connect, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration Lex Integration and Call Center Routing
- Good understanding in TMForum framework such as eTOM, SID and TAM
- Strong Agile project management skills with experience in backlog grooming, story points estimation and sprint planning
- Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to stay constantly updated with industry trends and new technologies and recommend new technology to meet architectural needs.
- Able to work independently and communicate with different level in the organisation.
- Technical skills requirement：Azure Cloud, AWS EC2, Saleforce, Agile Methodology, Amazon Connect.
- Telecommunications domain experience is helpful
