IT Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and tracking of IT systems project to support the digital transformation of the company
- Manage project teams and vendors to ensure project objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and align them with digital roadmap
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies as necessary
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, vendors, staff, as well as social enterprise ecosystem partners
- Ensure project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and readily accessible, and that project data is properly managed and protected
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including progress towards digital transformation KPIs
- Conduct project reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future projects and digital roadmap
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards
- Perform any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT systems projects, with experience in digital transformation projects being a plus
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management, with experience in Agile methodologies being a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and social enterprise partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, with experience working with social enterprises being a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Knowledge of Wordpress, Salesforce, Joomla, and Tableau would be an added advantage
