**Position: HR Contract Staff**:
**Duration: 6 months Contract**
**Location: Somerset
**Salary**:Negotiable
**Work Timing: Office Hours
**Objectives**:
**Responsible for HR daily operations, supporting staff life-cycle management, HRIS, talent acquisition projects, training program implementation and materials development. He/she will be involved in HR operation review to enhance delivery excellence with quality and efficiency
**Job Duties:
**HR**
- **Support recruitment process (job portal, pre-screening, interview arrangement etc.)**:
- **Support staff on boarding**:
- **Support employee database management, HR data entry and reports**:
- **Support documentation and personnel files management**:
- **Support staff welfare, benefits management and staff party/ activities**
- **Support other ad hoc duties as assigned
**TRAINING**
- **Support development and implementation of training programs**:
- **Collaborate with the training team to create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.**:
- **Conduct research on best practices in retail training and contribute innovative ideas for program improvement.**:
- **Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops regarding logistics**
- **Support training delivery and facilitation**:
- **Assist trainer during training sessions by setting up equipment, managing participant registration, and distributing training materials.**:
- **Provide administrative support for training activities, such as scheduling, coordinating participant communications, and managing training documentation.**
- **Conduct training evaluations and assessments**:
- **Assist in gathering feedback from participants to for training program evaluations.**:
- **Support the analysis of training evaluation data and provide recommendations for program enhancement.**
- **Assist in training program coordination**:
- **Assist in maintaining training calendars, tracking training attendance, and updating training records.**
