Working hours :8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday) 8.30am to 5.30 pm (Friday)
Location : Alexandra / Pasir Panjang
- Support HR team in tracking of staff assessment progress
- Provide admin in supporting HR functions such as managing employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
- Ensuring timely responses to inquiries, smooth onboarding processes, and accurate record-keeping.
- Managing administrative paperwork contract matters
- Maintaining and organizing assessment records
- Coordinating panel assessments, interviews, and documenting outcomes
- Compiling and organizing staff competency profiles
- Providing updates on staff assessment progress
- Ensure proper documentation of project deliverables including checking the completeness of project deliverables
- Manage and schedule internal and external meeting, minutes taking
- Overseeing administration and management of assessment process
- Assist in Data cleaning and reformatting, ensuring data integrity
- Creating easy-to-understand Excel data reports using pivot tables
- Creating a user-friendly interface for the framework
- Collaborating with business unit to consolidate assessment data from Workday
- Inputting data into competency dashboard Handling administrative tasks related to Skills allowance in coordination with WOG agencies
**Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder HR or relevant disciplines or equivalent
- 1-3 years in HR, preferably in areas of Learning & Development or Talent Management
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proven track record of working effectively on multiple assignments at any one time
- Prior experience of working in the academic/learning space or tech industry is advantageous
