Working Location : Tanjong Pagar
- Execute HR processes and transactions in accordance with established SOP and service level standards.
- Support business units and this includes ensuring availability of valid post in an orderly manner, review and process task related to contract staff, and creation/deletion of post records.
- Work with HR operations team to ensure smooth transition in deployment of staff across departments/divisions.
- Generate and prepare HR reports. Support the HR Business Partners in end-to-end HR functions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience, in particular HR administration and a good understanding of core HR processes.
- Experience in executing HR transaction in Workday or similar HRIS
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, able to work effectively in teams as well as perform routine tasks independently.
- Meticulous, driven and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well within team and across team(s), and project stakeholders.
