**About the role**:

- HR operations encompass recruitment, selection, employee contract issuance, staff orientation, benefits administration/review, and staff departures.
- Work with other functions of the HR department including but not limited to HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll to ensure daily operations.
- Manage and update information within SAP, SuccessFactors, HRIS, E-Leave, Time Management System (TMS), and Biometric Systems.
- Conduct reports and surveys assigned by management, including but not limited to; Monthly Headcount report, MOM quarterly survey, DQI Quarterly HR Metrics Report, HSE Manhours Report, EDB Headcount/Survey &, etc.
- Conduct new staff orientations and work with HSE to ensure compliance for new hires.
- Handle all staff resignations/terminations documentation (both voluntary and involuntary); payroll requirements, exit interviews, re-hire documentations, and staff grievances meetings.

**About you**:

- 1-2 years experience in HR admin/generalist role.
