Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resource Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, staffing, and employee onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of hiring results.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent, including social media marketing and employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with outlet managers to ensure manpower needs are met during peak seasons, such as holiday periods or large events.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, promotion letters, and other HR-related documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with expertise in recruitment, staffing, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
