As a HR Generalist, you play a key role to help us achieve excellent people operations. You shall work closely with senior management to develop and manage HR processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of good HR processes.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interview processes.
- Support effective employee onboarding and handle offboarding.
- Run and monitor our performance management systems (using HR software such as Lattice).
- Manage employee training and development programs.
- Assist in managing compensation and benefits.
- Assist in maintaining HR records.
- Monitor employee happiness.
- Handle employee disputes, if any.
- Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and employment laws.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to support HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in other company administrative tasks as directed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a HR generalist or in a related role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a current Singapore resident
