**Responsibilities**:
Perform administrative duties such as:

- Provide administrative support for the sales team
- Process and generate documents for the sales team
- Follow up with sales team for closing documents
- Daily data entry and preparation of monthly sales report
- Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion

**Job Requirements**:

- Positive working attitude, meticulous and keen learner
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, work both independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday 1000- 1800 hrs

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,550.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Data entry (preferred)
- Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel (preferred)
