As the **Assistant Manager for Retail Programs & Events**at **Innovate 360**, your core responsibility will be to run and grow our new **retail program**—bringing to life innovative concepts and founder-led brands through pop-ups, activations, and curated experiences. You’ll take charge of the day-to-day retail strategy and operations while supporting event execution and, **ideally, assisting with café operations when needed**.

This role is ideal for someone who’s creative, organized, and thrives on building engaging, purposeful retail experiences—especially in fast-paced, startup-centric environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and execution of Innovate 360’s new retail program
- Curate and manage a rotating calendar of pop-ups, brand showcases, and product launches
- Support visual merchandising, product placement, and overall store presentation
- Coordinate logistics with startups, tenants, vendors, and brand partners
- Manage event and activation setup, teardown, and onsite execution
- Track and report on key metrics like sales, footfall, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with marketing to promote in-store events and retail stories
- Maintain a high level of customer experience in both daily retail and event operations
- Provide light support for café operations as needed— **ideally helping to coordinate staff schedules, ensure service flow, and maintain quality standards**

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in retail management, brand activations, or events
- Experience in curating or managing pop-up concepts, especially in lifestyle or startup spaces
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask
- Hands-on and proactive, with a strong eye for detail and design
- Comfortable working weekends or evenings during events and peak retail periods
- Familiar with point-of-sale and inventory systems
- **Bonus**:Experience in F&B or café operations is an advantage but not required
- Passionate about sustainability, startups, and community building
