**The Position**

Analyst/Associate, Investment will report to the Director of Finance and Acquisitions and support the team in asset level acquisitions/development underwriting, portfolio management, capital budgeting, accounting, and various ad-hoc analyses.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist team in evaluating new investment opportunities as well as operational management of STACK’s projects across the Asia Pacific region
- Perform extensive due diligence on acquisition/development opportunities including reviewing investment materials, meeting with management, and coordinating with various advisors including financial, legal, tax etc.
- Create detailed financial models with complex deal structures
- Assist in preparation of investment committee memos and board presentations
- Assist in the debt financing process for the projects
- Perform analysis on leasing opportunities to support the team in discussions with customers
- Conduct extensive market research and analysis
- Assist finance and accounting team with asset and portfolio level accounting and reporting
- Support development teams with budgeting and variance analysis
- Ad-hoc analysis and reporting

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of prior experience in real estate, data centers, or finance
- Experience with financial modeling
- Interest in data centers and/or real estate
- Strong personal and professional integrity
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to take ownership of work and work independently, but also function within a lean team with senior professionals
- Proven record of providing both internal and external customer service
