**Responsibilities**
Lead the curation and generation of new ideas based on data, analytics, insights, market trends on leading practices on digital engagement especially on conversational engagement solutions (e.g. bots)
Drive development of new business proposal and business case
Responsible in designing engagement strategies that will drive digital adoption
Drive bankwide strategic projects/ initiatives in an agile manner
Strong project management skills in leading multiple projects while optimising resourcing to ensure successful delivery within a short time frame
Able to work cross-functionally and horizontally across the bank especially with technology, compliance, risk, legal, customer experience, marketing and operations

**Requirements**:
Independent and self-starter:
Able to gather various business requirements and prioritise key features in designing an ideal solution
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design and experience of solutions meet business requirements and will deliver client-centric objectives
Able to work under pressure and deliver quality outputs within a tight timeline
Highly organised:
Ensure Book of Work progresses as committed, and that all processes are adhered to by relevant stakeholders
Organize data insights into actionable plans to continually improve the content user experience and drive client engagement
Strong interpersonal skills/ collaborative
Work with in-country stakeholders on implementation: by prioritizing and refining business use cases, and ensuring controls and compliance
Work closely with digital marketing colleagues to build out client communication and engagement plan and content calendars
Coordinate inter-team dependencies and identify potential risks and mitigation plans
Artificial Intelligence
Knowledge in AI (native/ gen AI) will be a plus
