**Job Description**:
SmartSites SG is seeking an Assistant Digital Content Manager to join our dynamic team. This position offers the flexibility to work a minimum of 6 hours per day on a schedule that suits you, along with the convenience of working remotely from a comfortable and adaptable environment. As our Assistant Digital Content Manager, you'll contribute to a team that values creativity and quality content creation.

**Remuneration and Benefits**

We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $10 USD (approximately $13 SGD), with the opportunity to increase your earnings based on the hours you work. The more hours you commit, the more you can earn. With a base salary starting at $1200 USD (around $1500 SGD) per month, your financial rewards will grow as your commitment increases.

Job Responsibilities
- Assigning writing tasks to our team of writers.
- Managing writers to ensure tasks are submitted on time.
- Proofreading and editing articles produced by our writers.
- Managing the submission process of articles.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Excellent management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to complete a writing prompt as part of the selection process.
