Job Title: Digital Engagement Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a driven individual to lead our digital engagement efforts. This role will focus on creating and implementing strategies to increase online presence and build meaningful connections with our stakeholders.



Roles & Responsibilities
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including original text, images, and videos.
  • Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and maximize online visibility.
  • Maintain and optimize our website and social media platforms to improve user experience and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with other teams to manage branding, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Be present at all organizational events to gather stories and insights.

As an organization that values Christian principles, employees are expected to participate in work meetings and fellowship gatherings that start and end with religious activities.



Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma in Communications, Marketing, or New Media.
  • Experience in social media marketing or digital media.
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Adequate knowledge of social networking, web development, and Facebook marketing.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and people-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Alignment with the organization's doctrinal articles and statement of faith.
