**Job Description Summary**

- Serving existing customers, to ensure business renewal (maintain and sustain).
- Soliciting new customers and business (grow).

**What you will be doing**:

- Articulate the suite of services / offerings professionally to existing and potential customers and working alongside senior management executives
- Working with Compliance, Legal and Finance Teams on the commercial aspects.
- Customer Account Development and Management
- Pitch convincingly the benefits of the company’s capabilities.
- Develop new opportunities by way of new business streams and new segments.
- Communicate with customers of all levels to articulate the problems and solutions, and opportunities; and concurrently build customer confidence and rapport to secure continued recurring and new business opportunities and ensure consistent branding and positioning.
- Facilitate and manage flow of information amongst all stakeholders / parties (internal and external).
- Perform other related duties as required or requested

**You are**:

- Minimally Bachelor's degree in engineering or any other relevant discipline
- Minimally 8 years of experiences in product/ services in energy sustainability
- Has good knowledge in various Building Management System
- Excellent in communication as you will be required to work closely with clients of all levels to articulate the problems and solutions, and opportunities
