**Job Description Summary**

**What you will be doing**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to propel the growth of Singapore business and meet business priorities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners (agencies & industry bodies), to deliver effective marketing initiatives
- Lead PR efforts to enhance the company's reputation and manage relationships with media and industry influencers.
- Oversee corporate communications and build CEO profile across all channels of communication
- Support the leadership and HR in implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and help position the firm as an employer of choice to attract and retain top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies and associations to enhance the company's presence and influence.
- Take a client-first approach by collaborating closely with local sales and business delivery teams to understand client needs, drive cross-selling opportunities, and enhance client relationships.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate and contribute as a team player in a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

**You are**:

- Minimally with Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimally with 1 - 2 of managerial experience and an accumulative of 10- 12 years of experience in Marketing role
- A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous
- Has exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders and senior management
