**Key Responsibilities**:
**Performance Marketing**:

- Plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI targets are met.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Oversee social media strategy and content creation to engage and grow our online community.
- Measure digital performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Public Relations (PR)**:

- Build and maintain strong media relationships to secure press coverage for campaigns and product launches.
- Manage press releases, media kits, and corporate communications to enhance brand visibility.

**KOL Management**
- Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs aligned with the brand's image.
- Provide reports to track and evaluate the effectiveness of KOL partnerships.

**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Develop CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee customer segmentation and personalized marketing efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Performance/Digital Marketing, PR, KOL Management, and CRM within the lifestyle, retail, or fashion industry.
- Proven ability to design and implement successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month
