
Customer Service Officer

Our client is a chemistry tuition center in Singapore, offering classes for students through engaging teaching methodologies.
**Job Highlights**:
- Basic Salary: Up to $2300
- Working Hours: (6 days' work week) Weekdays 1.00pm-9.45pm, Weekends 8:30am-6:45pm
- Off Day is on a weekday
- Location: Bedok (Opp Bedok MRT)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Front Desk Management (enrollment, registration, handle enquiries, billings/invoices/payments etc).
- Maintain accurate student records, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Manage students' attendance, class schedules and communicate any changes in the schedule to relevant parties.
- Provide administrative support to instructors to ensure necessary materials and resources are available when required.
- Management of center's cleanliness
- Any other ad-hoc general admin duties as assigned necessarily.
**Requirements**:
- A Level/Diploma or above holders, entry level/no experience are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role in an education centre is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with high attention to details.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and administrative tools.
- Willing to work extra hours during month end and school holidays.
