Smith is currently looking for a helpdesk analyst to join their IT team in Singapore. **Key Responsibilities**:
To administer, monitor and maintain the Information Technology infrastructure to ensure technical bases and end users are operational and working efficiently.

Maintenance of desktop PCs, patches, updates, etc.

Monitor and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory

Backup IT Administrator(s) as needed on any technical issues

Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software

Perform workstation hardware and software upgrades as required

Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and licenses

Assist PC and IT accessories procurement

Collaborate with other team members in the IT department (regional and global) to support corporate ad-hoc projects or perform any IT related assignments

Must be willing to work after hours when necessary

**Requirements**:
Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated, can do attitude and customer
- oriented

Good command of English and Mandarin
