Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a sales, partner, or channel manager role.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and service provider ecosystems and business models.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently to present clients/agencies with new products, campaign results, and performance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS or cloud IT infrastructure sales, partner management or technical experience.
- Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem, System Integrators (SIs) or Service Providers (SPs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), telcos, and web or other partners.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to drive partner growth and positively contribute to the team’s culture.
- Ability to work in and through a cross-functional organization.
- Analytical with excellent problem solving skills, capable of translating analysis into actionable plans.
- Excellent written and communication skills, including experience presenting to all level audiences.

Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative. On this team, you will drive Google Cloud business relationships by analyzing partner business performance, identifying methods of increasing partner and Google returns, pitching ideas to and identifying opportunities within partners, and coordinating across Google teams to deliver. You will educate our partners on the power of Google Cloud and enable them to be successful in driving innovation to our customers.

In this role, you'll combine partner management with business development, and you'll manage business relationships with key partners and prospects to develop new areas of collaboration, growth initiatives and new lines of business. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will deliver revenue commitments across G Suite and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) by working collaboratively with our partner team, direct sales teams and our extensive partner network. You will work with key (Small/Medium Business) SMB-focused partners to develop their Google Cloud business via sales and marketing campaigns, trainings and enablement.

**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver partner revenue commitments across G Suite and GCP. Develop and execute SMB growth plans for partners in assigned territory, starting from an annual plan with aligned goals, investments and capabilities.
- Drive funnel building, progress and closing across the partner ecosystem. When required work with the partner to close deals directly with the customers.
- Build strong relationships from C-level to representatives at key partners.
- Manage business performance of partners and develop strategies to meet goals in the market. Identify issues and opportunities, test, analyze and execute on new sales initiatives. Report on progress regularly.
- Use quarterly business reviews for overall progress and regular engagement to drive day to day improvement.
