**The Role**
The incumbent will be part of the APAC Team to handle general administrative, travel and office management duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and organize team events and meetings hosted in APAC regional office
- Attend to visitors and assist in setting up of meeting schedules and provides general admin support (e.g., photocopying, printing, data-entry, scanning, couriers and etc)
- Handle the procurement of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment
- Handle the submission of invoices and payments matters for Inchcape Motor Pte Ltd (IMPL)
- To under-take any other ad-hoc tasks or initiatives
**Job Requirements**
- Preferably a Diploma in any discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in automotive industry or fast paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office & comfortable with the usage of systems
- Possess strong interpersonal skill, organizational skill, time-management skill
- Someone who is meticulous, independent, and resourceful
