Singapore 9 CROWNS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. Full time

Handle and updating of employee personnel records and database.
- Processing of monthly payroll.
- Leave administration for regional offices.
- Liaison with the insurance company on staff insurance and claims.
- Perform travel bookings and arrangements for management and staff.
- Scheduling office resources and providing administrative support for management and clients.
- Preparation of all HR-related letters/correspondences, including employment letters, confirmation letters and other correspondences.
- Facilitate on-boarding process (procurement of laptops, preparation of access cards and merchandise)
- Contracting/renewal of expats' accommodations
- Support the mobility requirements of expat in and out of country ie, arrangement of logistics and administrative needs.
- Repair and maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment.
- Perform other HR and ad-hoc duties to support regional offices in South Asia.

**Job Requirements
- At least 5 year(s) working experience
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Excellent time and planning skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to travel overseas and expect to travel extensively to regional offices for meetings.
- Expect to work during weekends / odd hours upon request due to the client's mobility.

**- No work-from-home arrangements due to operational and administrative requirements of the job demand.**
- Prior working experience in China, Taiwan, North Asia is preferred but not compulsory.

**- Salary commensurate with relevant experience and capabilities.
