- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs

**Requirements**:

- Singaporeans only
- Minimum N Levels or equivalent
- Advantageous to have at least 1 year of customer service and or call centre experience
- Able to multitask
- Able to speak and understand more than one language
- Able to commit to normal shift hours (as stated below) desk-bound

**Other Information**:

- Training will be provided
- Working hours are from 9am to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturday/Sunday
- Starting basic salary of $1,700
