As an Armor Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating revenue from net New Logo’s. You will build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities that converts into closed business deals via our channel partners and cold calling. As a quota-carrying Sales Representative, you will work with your manager to build an account strategy to target new Midmarket and Enterprise business opportunities.
**Sales Director Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals; the ability to develop a pipeline and close business through solution selling
- Develop great relationships with existing channel partners/resellers to grow revenue
- Implement account development plans and understand and collaborate with partners; goals to increase revenue growth.
- Use SFDC to ensure activities are documented, opportunities are forecasted accurately, and adequate information about the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities
- Travel up to 25% may be required based on needs.
- Additional duties may be assigned as required.
**Sales Director Required Skills**:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of and comfortable following a defined sales process
- Experience using consultative sales skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Lives the Armor Commitment in daily life through work performance and conduct
**Sales Director Education And/Or Experience**:
- Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in a technology, Cloud, Security, PaaS, or SaaS based environment
- 3 years’ experience selling technology solutions to Director and C-Level executives within Enterprise
- Knowledge of Public Cloud with certs in Azure, AWS, GCP or Microsoft Licensing preferred.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
